BELLINGER  DE LUXE FLY REEL, 3 3/16”, LHW This is a Bellinger trout reel, 3 3/16” in diameter, nominally 3 ¼”, with a 7/8” spool width.  The Bellinger De Luxe reels have an aluminum frame, spool, handle, and foot.  Counterweight, handle hub, and oil cap are nickel silver. The rims are nickel silver, radiused onto the sideplates,  and raised 1/16” on the handle side.  The reel is set up for LHW but can be converted.  The tension on the pawl is fixed but can be changed by changing the pawl spring. Condition is very good, unused.  There is a very minor 2mm rub on the front plate rim, as shown in the photos.  I believe this could be polished out by a jeweler, but I would not try it at home. Comes with embossed black leather bag. Full provenance on request.  (20)
